Integration

One of our key strengths is the ability to integrate systems to gain greater automated functionality and less manual intervention in systems.

A good example of this is Client S who had been operating an ERP system for many years but had not activated the integration possible within the software. This provided a major opportunity to improve the speed and accuracy of data being processed by the company. The Cash book was integrated to the Accounts Payable and General Ledger systems. The Purchasing system was integrated to the Inventory and Accounts Payable systems. Receipting was also integrated to Inventory and A/P. The integrations involved multiple currencies and for some components, multiple systems. The client was able to eliminate significant re-keying of data and had far more accurate data for decision making than previous due to the data all being in the one consistent system.

Project Management

Client J - Project management of a major upgrade in their ERP version.

Report Writing

Client M - creation of the reporting functionality on Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains to cope with a newly design account code structure aimed at reporting activity and event related information.

Training and Implementation Completion

Client M - Review of their implementation of BEIMS Building Management software with a view to improving its utilisation. Subsequent set up of data for on-going use of BEIMS and training of staff to allow them to be self sufficient

System Risk Assessment

Client C - Review of legacy system to determine exposure to risk. The system was custom made for the client and only able to be supported by one person. The use of an obsolete programming language also put the company at risk of having it's mission critical system fail without warning. Recommendations were made to resolve their issues.

Software Development Coordination

Client N - Support for the company in managing the relationship between them and their vendor for their mission critical system. Involves the utilisation of significant knowledge of their system held by our team.

e-Commerce

Development of e-commerce solutions for clients.
